Bringing the concept of insanity into an action game with hardly any horror aspect to it may sound like a death trap for plot holes and cheesy storytelling, and for all the plot holes the game does end up having, the storytelling for the most part is very well done and compliments the atmosphere already made by the level design and soundtrack. This game is among the darkest I've ever played, and with a little warning to the squeamish stating that this is the bloodiest game I've ever played, I almost hate to say I enjoyed every second of the brutal gameplay. The level design is perfect and the enemies are very well designed, minus the derpy AI
